When my water heater stopped working, TWS was able to provide me a quote over the phone and came out to fix it on short notice. They were helpful and efficient. It took only 30 minutes to replace the pilot assembly and my home had hot water shortly after thereafter.

TWS Plumbing fixed my leaking outdoor faucet and discovered that I need a new regulator for my house. Being a first time home owner I had a lot of questions, which they answered while educating me on how things work, showing me where things are located and what shape they’re in, and explaining why certain things are necessary. Labor Day Emergency!
When our entire plumbing system completely backed up this Labor Day weekend TWS really came through!! This guy knows what he’s doing and cares about his customers by taking the time to explain what went wrong and how to avoid future incidents. Great! service and really saved our asses on this labor weekend AND offered us his services at a discounted rate. Super awesome! 10/10 would recommend.

We had a leaky pressure relief valve and a cracked pvc pipe vent on the hot water heater and needed someone ASAP. My husband called in the morning and Travis came a couple hours later. Travis is honest! He gave us some options on how it could be fixed. He showed me step by step what he was doing, answered all of my questions, and had no problem with me looking on to see what he was doing. Travis you’re awesome!

Quick & Reasonable!
I had an issue on my main water line coming into the house and Travis at TWS plumbing responded very quickly and did a great job. I recommend you call them if you need a plumber in a hurry, and I will certainly use them again myself in the future Travis is now my go to plumber. The work was done very quickly and everything was cleaned up nicely Travis and his crew were very helpful and answered all my concerns. By the time they were done I was more then satisfied the work was done right and I was very happy to pay the most reasonable charge.
I just want to add that this was a complete blindside to me when I got home from work. I had another contractor working at the house and one of that crew broke the water line by turning a valve too tight trying to stop a drip and that cracked the copper line at my main water source on my exterior wall but that contractor doesn’t do plumbing. So TWS plumbing to the rescue.

Wow, what a gem of a guy. It’s always so tough to find a reliable contractor of any type. Travis was right on time (first shocker) and does everything the RIGHT way the first time (shocker #2). There is nothing worse than hiring one guy to do the work and then hiring another guy to fix it! I was not knocked over by sticker shock (shock #3). I had several things around the house to do this time around. He came and did them quickly, cleanly and professionally!
I’m so thrilled to have a reliable contact for my plumbing needs. I’m already starting to get the list ready for his next visit!

The Best Palmdale Plumber..
I’ve used Travis on several different occasions for emergencies. Once I had a hot water line break in the slab. Travis came out diagnosed the problem and got my insurance company to agree to a hot water line reroute instead of having to tear up my floor and disrupt my family. He did such a good job that I called him back for my garbage disposal stopped working and when my ice maker water line broke.

Very Professional!
Travis plumbed in a complete brand new bathroom in my man cave for me. My project was unusual, and a tough job. I had to install a vaccu-flush toilet, and shower that could drain into the wall, instead of into a standard floor drain.

So – we had a leak from a hallway bathroom that was going through the floor and into the roof on the room below.
We got 5 quotes from various plumbers.
Travis was the only one who suggested making a small hole first in the wall and using a camera to see the damage. Ever other plumber wanted to open the wall straight away.He was right, the damage could be fixed without having to spend hundreds and open the wall.
